Sat 8:30am-4pm working 35 hours per week. In this role you will: ·         Communicate with customers using effective questioning and listening skills to enable you to fully understand their individual financial circumstances and needs. ·         Be passionate and care about offering a service to our valued customers that is second to none. ·         Successful applicants will be confident, outgoing and resilient and will be able to quickly establish rapport with our customers and build lasting relationships. ·         Demonstrate the ability to persevere in challenging situations and be able to work as part of a team is essential to this role.

The ideal candidates for this role will have: ·         You will be an excellent communicator and negotiator, with the ability to consult with our customers to fully understand their needs. ·         Have the ability to solve practical problems, asking questions and collecting information to provide customer centric solutions. ·         You will possess a high level of self-motivation and positive attitude. Always having your customers at the heart of everything you do. ·         The ability to be able to utilise multiple systems to explore your customer’s needs and bespoke requirements.
